Worried about Mom or Dad from across town — or across the country? The Caregiver Mobile App pairs with the Belle X and turns your phone into a window on their day. It’s an optional add-on for $10/month, and it answers the question every family asks: "Are they okay right now?"

What You See in the App

• Location — see the device’s last location on a map, and refresh on demand when you want an update.
• First Motion — the quiet reassurance: see when they first moved this morning, and get an alert if there’s been no motion when there should be.
• Fall & SOS alerts — get notified when the help button is pressed or a fall is detected, and see alarm history.
• Daily steps — activity at a glance, with a daily goal you can set.
• Battery — see the charge level and get low-battery alerts, so the device is never dead when it matters.
• Ring the pendant — misplaced the device? Make it play a sound from the app.

Places: Safe-Zone Alerts

Set up safe zones — home, the senior center, a favorite walking route — and the app alerts you when your loved one enters or leaves them. For families dealing with early memory loss and wandering worries, this is the feature that lets everyone breathe.
