Questions families ask us

Will they know they are being tracked?
The device looks like a pendant, not a tracker. Many families present it as a help button, which is true, and never raise the location part. That is your decision to make, and it is worth thinking about while the person can still be part of it.

What if they take it off?
Then it protects nobody, and no company can fix that with technology. Some families have more luck with the wrist-worn Belle W because it feels like a watch, though it has no app. Others attach the pendant to something already worn every day. If refusal is constant, a door alarm may be a better use of your money than this.

Does it need Wi-Fi or a smartphone in the house?
No. The device has its own cellular connection. Only the caregiver needs a phone, and that phone can be anywhere in the country.

Can more than one of us get the alerts?
Yes. Multiple caregivers can be on the app, which matters when siblings share the load.

How accurate is the location?
It is GPS, so it is good outdoors and less precise inside a large building. It will get you to a block, not to a chair.
