Medical Alert Systems for Veterans

Veterans and Meals on Wheels recipients get $5 off every month, on any system, for as long as you are with us. Here is the honest version of everything else.

The discount is $5 a month off whatever system you choose. It stacks with bank autopay and with quarterly or annual billing. So a Home Link on bank autopay with annual billing comes to $20.95 a month. Just tell us when we call to set up your service, or mention it on the phone. There is no form and no paperwork to prove.

We are not affiliated with the VA

Worth saying plainly, because plenty of companies are vague about this. Help Now is not a VA contractor and the VA does not pay us. Some veterans do have benefits that help with the cost of care at home, and your VSO or your local VA can tell you what you qualify for. We are simply a private company that takes $5 off because we think you have earned it.

What veterans tend to care about, in our experience

  • Not being managed. A help button you control is a very different thing from moving somewhere with staff. Most of the men we speak to are clear about which one they want.
  • Someone competent on the other end. Our operators are in Rexburg, Idaho and Ogden, Utah, both in the United States, and the two centers back each other up so a call is always answered.
  • No contract. Month to month. If it is not for you, send it back and stop.
  • Straight pricing. The rate does not go up on you later, and we will match a competitor if you find better.

Which system

If you are mostly at home, the Home Link at $30.95/mo, or $25.95 with the veteran discount, is the simplest. If you still drive, garden, hunt or take yourself out, a mobile GPS system goes with you. If you are in a rural spot with poor cell service, read the landline and rural page, because that changes which one actually works.
